The five stages

1Restore
Rebuild confidence and stability through self-awareness, goals, wellness, and community. Purposeful Pathways is the first step.
2Develop
Build practical skills for hospitality and the workplace, from food and drink to hotels, events, service, and leadership.
3Apply
Put skills to work through community events, partnerships, and hands-on learning, as partners and plans come together.
4Advance
Grow a career beyond a first job through leadership, management, starting a business, consulting, and coaching.
5Give Back
Graduates may one day return as mentors, coaches, trainers, employers, and volunteers. Over time, the pathway becomes led by its own community.
